When people are just learning about NANO SOMA®, they often want to know the best way to get started.
Whilst the response to this query can rely upon the circumstances of the individual, those under 50 and already in good health should be well-served with 5 sprays once each day.
However, not everyone fits that description, and of course, many are drawn to NANO SOMA because they want to help their bodies deal with one or more specific health issues.
So, our response to these new customers takes a few approaches.
Firstly, we encourage them to gain an understanding and appreciation of just what this product is, as well as how it came to be, and how it works.

With the exception of rare instances where someone needs to start their journey with NANO SOMA more slowly (guidance for which is in the link below), it is reassuring to know that because NANO SOMA is essentially food, an accelerated intake is not harmful in any way.
